The Midvale City Council unanimously approved its consent agenda on Dec. 2, adopting a set of routine items including minutes from Nov. 18, 2025 and multiple resolutions. Key items included Resolution No. 2025-R-67, which adopts the Midvale City Parks, Trails, and Open Space Master Plan and the associated Impact Fees Facilities Plan (IFFP).
The motion to approve the consent agenda was made by Council Member Paul Glover and seconded by Council Member Bonnie Billings. Mayor Dustin Gettel called for discussion and, hearing none, the council voted: Brown, Mikolash, Billings and Glover voting aye; Council Member Heidi Robinson absent. The motion passed unanimously.
Mayor Dustin Gettel also used the meeting to remind the public of upcoming city events, noting, "December 9th is the employee holiday party," and highlighted the calendar of community events through mid-December.
