The Board of Zoning Appeals of the Village of Old Westbury met June 8, 2026 at Village Hall. The board approved the minutes of the May 11, 2026 regular meeting on a motion by Member Kavneet Sethi, seconded by Member Jennifer Vartanov.
During the meeting the board took three actions recorded in the minutes: it approved variances for Jordan and Paula Bergstein at 4 Bostwick Lane (volume, lot coverage and side-yard setback); it continued the application of Khalida and Rahimullah for extensive additions at 35 Applegreen Drive (including a 45,014-cubic-foot volume variance request); and it approved Spencer Ain’s request for a pickleball court at 70 Bacon Road with conditions requiring the court be sunk below grade and submission of revised retaining-wall and landscape plans. All board motions cited in the minutes were recorded as "carried"; the minutes do not include roll-call tallies.
