On motion by Member Pasquale Zito, seconded by Member Jennifer Vartanov, the board approved the application and recorded that written approval will follow.
Board members did not record additional conditions in the minutes; the approval was entered as carried. The decision was made during the June 8, 2026 regular meeting, which began at 7:00 PM at Village Hall.
