Council approves property compensation and Rocky Mountain Power work for 2025 roadway project

She also reported that the RMP Customer Requested Work Agreement carries a balance of $144,560.00 for combined work; funds will come from state funds authorized under UCA 72‑2‑121, Main Street CDA funds, and utility project bonding. Council suspended rules where required and approved both resolutions by unanimous roll‑call votes.
