Board approves new hires and volunteer coaches for 2026–27

The board also approved paid assistant and multiple volunteer coaches for football and cross country. Motions were moved and seconded and carried by voice votes during the personnel portion of the agenda.
Administrators said many coaching hires involved internal or community candidates who have worked with district programs; the list of volunteer coaches was approved with the understanding that volunteer assignments are subject to background checks and district oversight. The board recorded each approval as presented by administrators.
