After brief remarks by donor representatives and a photo opportunity, Trustee Kent moved to accept the donation; a second was recorded and the motion carried by voice vote.
Administrators said the donated scoreboard will be installed with electrical work coordinated by Jermaine Electric and that Badger Sporting Goods supplied the physical unit. They also noted the district will display a sponsor sign on the scoreboard consistent with prior practice. The board did not discuss additional budgetary commitments tied to the donation.
