The board noted RHR Smith is contracted for annual audit services through 2026 and will be asked to initiate the audit process.
In other business, Sylvia Jensen asked that the Trustees of Public Funds be given agenda time at the next regular meeting to address an interest payment due and an outstanding balance owed by the Town; the board agreed to schedule that item.
