The Isle La Motte Listers will meet Oct. 5 to approve a second-round request for proposals (RFP) for the property reappraisal mandated in 2023 after the first RFP produced no bids. Chair of the Listers, Mary LaBrecque, told the Selectboard that a copy of the draft RFP had been sent to board members for review and that comments were requested by the end of the week.
Selectboard member Sylvia Jensen asked that the scope of work be expanded to include separate valuation for campground parcels and for the campers themselves; LaBrecque said the Listers will review that suggestion at their Oct. 5 meeting and a final RFP will be issued to the board for approval in the coming weeks.
