At its Aug. 7 meeting the Selectboard recorded the following formal actions and motions: approval of minutes for July 17 and July 19, 2024; acceptance of Board of Listers errors and omissions (three campers moved out, one parcel combined); approval of payroll ($3,101.17) and payables ($14,475.14), including a tax payable of $666.10; ratification of Chair Peter Brzozowy's signature to proceed with a 2027 grant solicitation; approval to reserve a box on the November ballot for potential resident proposals; and a motion to accept revised Model Rules of Procedure (motion moved by Pat Treckman, seconded by Joe Deller).
Motions were moved and seconded as recorded in the minutes: minutes approval motions were handled by Cary Sandvig and Pat Treckman; payroll motions were moved by Cary Sandvig and seconded by Pat Treckman; payables acceptance was moved by Joe Deller and seconded by Pat Treckman; ratification of signature was moved by Cary Sandvig and seconded by Joe Deller; ballot-box reservation motion was moved by Joe Deller and seconded by Cary Sandvig. The meeting adjourned on a motion by Pat Treckman, seconded by Joe Deller.
