The Selectboard reviewed several procurement items. The board asked Bruyette's Tree Service to complete outstanding tree-trimming work; Selectboard member Rusty Spaulding agreed to coordinate parameters with the vendor. The board also designated office personnel to participate on a records-digitization project team, with Selectboard member Cary Sandvig joining that team.
Selectboard member Pat Treckman presented a substantially revised snow-removal contract for future consideration; the board discussed omissions and deletions and deferred further action until a written revision is produced. An IT managed-services RFP has been issued and the town is awaiting vendor responses. Animal-control ordinance review against Vermont regulations remains pending.
