Isle La Motte Selectboard approves routine minutes, payroll and payables

The Isle La Motte Selectboard convened Aug. 7, 2024, and called the meeting to order at 6:03 p.m., Chair Peter Brzozowy said. The board approved minutes from July 17 and July 19, 2024, with motions and unanimous votes to accept the records.
The board approved payroll of $3,101.17 dated July 31, 2024, and payables totaling $14,475.14 dated Aug. 7, 2024; a separate payable for federal and state withholding (Internal Revenue Service and Department of Taxes) of $666.10 dated July 31, 2024, was also accepted. Motions to approve were moved and seconded by board members and passed "all in favor," according to the minutes. The meeting included updates on tree-trimming contracts, an IT RFP, ARPA funding options and department reports from Recreation and the Cemetery Commission. The meeting adjourned at 8:20 p.m.
