Councilmembers said the meeting packet lacked engineering drawings and visual renderings needed to assess pedestrian safety, aesthetics and impacts on adjacent property owners.
The T‑Mobile representative said the cabinet would serve as a central distribution hub for high‑speed fiber internet, would have a limited footprint and would not emit radiation or noise. Councilmember Jeff Grenell moved to defer action until the applicant submits engineering drawings, elevation renderings and a visual representation of the cabinet; Councilmember Arnold Aliff seconded the motion, which passed 4–0. The council requested the applicant return with the requested documentation for further review.
