Council members pressed DHHS to provide the contract breakdowns behind the outreach map—questioning why Bethesda Cares shows a much larger contract and why the city of Gaithersburg receives county funding for local outreach. DHHS agreed to provide line‑item, geography and service counts for each provider after the session.
