The City of Ingalls Council approved plans for the 2025 Homecoming and unanimously waived food-truck permitting for the event. Theresa Anderson told the council the Homecoming is set for September 26, with a parade at 3:00 p.m., a money drop and a street dance from 8:00–11:00 p.m., and food trucks planned for the festivities.
Donella Snyder moved to waive permits for food trucks for the 2025 Homecoming events; Tina Marquez seconded and the motion “carried and approved by all.” The waiver removes the usual permitting requirement for vendors during the Homecoming events, per the minutes. The council did not record additional permit conditions in the minutes.
