The City of Ingalls Governing Council approved corrected minutes from its Feb. 10, 2025 meeting and voted to pay outstanding Treasurer and Water Works bills at its March 10, 2025 meeting. Glenn Bailey moved to approve the minutes; Donella Snyder seconded and the motion "carried and approved by all." Donella Snyder later moved to pay the unpaid Treasurer and Water Works bills, and Stacy Reist seconded the motion, which also passed unanimously.
City Clerk Yesi Garcia told the council she will carry out three scheduled shutoffs "Tuesday morning if no payment comes in this evening," putting the affected accounts on an immediate enforcement timeline. The council took the procedural votes on minutes and payables during initial business and moved on to departmental reports, with the shutoff notice recorded as an administrative action rather than a contested item.
Speakers: Glenn Bailey (Council member), Donella Snyder (Council member), Stacy Reist (Council member), Yesi Garcia (City Clerk).
