To manage evaluation of the offer and future financial oversight, Councilmember Jeff Grenell moved to appoint Councilmember Dana Merrill as Village Council Treasurer; Councilmember Arnold Aliff seconded and the motion passed 5-0. The newly appointed treasurer will review the proposal and coordinate next steps with staff; no contract was executed at the Sept. 24 meeting.
