Selectboard member Cary Sandvig reported responding to an alarm earlier in the week and meeting with police; there was no evidence of entry and the board said the event "may have been wind related." The board directed staff to review alarm registration, police passwords, and the chain of alerts to ensure proper monitoring.
Separately, the board was told the Town Clerk, Treasurer, and Listers are expected to be online on the town's new .GOV site the week of Nov. 18. Mary-Catherine Graziano said she will schedule a weatherization seminar to introduce residents to financial incentives for home upgrades.
