Board members also discussed timing for finalizing and posting the article for public review so the question can be included on November absentee ballots. Cary Sandvig volunteered to work with Chair Peter Brzozowy to craft final ARPA language once the attorney’s guidance is received, and the board intends to review the proposed language at its next meeting.
