Selectboard accepts $1,497 camera bid to monitor town salt shed

Selectboard member Cary Sandvig reported he met with a vendor and that "two powered cameras can be installed to overlap the area" at the town salt shed and that the quoted price was $1,497. Mary-Catherine Graziano moved to accept the bid; the motion was seconded and recorded as passing "all in favor." Cary Sandvig will communicate the award to the vendor.
Board members noted the stump dump area also needs attention before any additional gating or camera work there. The board agreed cleanup would be required and deferred further security work for the stump dump to 2025 budget planning.
