At the meeting Sylvia Jensen raised concerns about campground valuation, stating that “the campgrounds have not been physically assessed by a third party in over twenty years,” and highlighted a cited cost differential of $15.00 per parcel if the local listers complete the work versus an estimated $115.00 per parcel for an outside contractor — a difference the transcript characterizes as producing a potential net additional expense of approximately $35,000.
