North River School Board approves minutes, agenda and vouchers

The North River School District No. 200 Board of Directors met Dec. 19 in the school library and took routine procedural actions, approving the Nov. 21 meeting minutes, the meeting agenda and board vouchers. Chairman Churape called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. Director Farnell moved to approve the minutes and Director Banas seconded; Vice Chairman Koehn abstained and the motion passed. Director Banas moved to approve the agenda, seconded by Vice Chairman Koehn; that motion passed unanimously.
The board also approved vouchers after a motion from Director Farnell, seconded by Vice Chairman Koehn, and adjourned the meeting by unanimous vote at 6:27 p.m. The minutes record the motions and seconds but do not list a roll-call tally of yes votes beyond the recorded abstention on the minutes motion.
