The Board of Directors of North River School District approved a capital funds budget extension at its Sept. 19 regular meeting and set follow-up action for bargaining and personnel matters at a Sept. 26 special meeting.
Vice Chairman Koehn moved to approve the capital funds budget extension and Director Farnell seconded; the motion passed unanimously. The board also moved to table the district’s CBA contract and the superintendent’s contract until the special meeting on Sept. 26; both tabling motions passed unanimously after motions and seconds by board members. The minutes record all motions as passing unanimously.
Board business earlier in the meeting included approval of minutes for Aug. 19 and Aug. 26, approval of the meeting agenda, and approval of vouchers. The minutes note GF Warrant #335322–335353, Total: $122,087.98, and CP Warrant #290, Total: $85,073.66.
The board adjourned at 7:08 PM following unanimous approval of the final motion to adjourn.
