The Board of Directors of the North River School District approved two collective bargaining agreements at a special meeting on Sept. 26, 2024. Vice Chair Koehn moved to approve the certificated CBA and Director Greiner seconded; the motion passed unanimously.
Immediately afterward, Vice Chair Koehn moved to approve the classified CBA and Director Farnell seconded; that motion also passed unanimously. The roll-call attendance recorded Chairman Churape, Vice Chair Koehn, Directors Greiner and Farnell present; Director Banas was excused.
Board members did not record dollar amounts or contract terms in the meeting minutes beyond the approvals. Superintendent Rick Winters and Business Manager Casandra Doll were present but the minutes do not indicate staff remarks or amendments to the agreements during the meeting. The approvals complete the board’s formal action on labor contracts for both certificated and classified staff at this session.
