CPUA trustees approve minutes, routine reports and invoices

The Carney Public Utilities Authority Board of Trustees voted unanimously April 10 to approve minutes from its March 13 and March 28 meetings, accept routine CPUA reports and approve vendor invoices. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Darrel Gibbs at 6:00 p.m. and adjourned at 6:15 p.m.
Trustee Greg Wolfe moved to approve the March 13 minutes with Constance Wallace seconding; that motion and a subsequent motion to approve the March 28 minutes passed with "Yea: All, Opposed: None" recorded in the minutes. Staff reports—listed in the minutes as the CPUA Report and CPUA Revenue Report—were presented by Ginger Mendenhall and approved after motions recorded in the minutes. A motion by Darrel Gibbs, seconded by Greg Wolfe, approved all vendor invoices on the agenda; the minutes record no dissent.
