The Bristow Municipal Authority approved the minutes from its Jan. 6, 2025 meeting and a multi-item consent agenda during its Jan. 21 meeting. The consent package included maintenance claims totaling $23,513.39, unpaid claims of $2,513.51, actual payroll of $19,656.06 for the pay period ending Jan. 17, 2025, and estimated payroll of $20,778.30 for the pay period ending Jan. 31, 2025.
Trustees also approved a budgeted transfer of $50,000 from the Municipal Authority General Fund to the City General Fund. The agenda listed two construction-related claims for the wastewater treatment plant: Claim #20892 to Holloway, Updike & Bellen, Inc. for $5,525.00 and Claim #20893 to KBC Construction, Inc. for $21,362.35; both were noted as paid from an OWRB loan. The motion to approve the consent agenda was made by Trustee Joe Church and seconded by Trustee Judd Johns; a roll call vote recorded Church, Green, Johns, Peters, Roberts and Witty voting Aye.
