The Board of Trustees of the Carney Public Utilities Authority held a special meeting on May 22, 2025. Mayor Darrel Gibbs called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.; roll call showed Greg Rose, Greg Wolfe and Constance Wallace present. Two agenda motions were approved unanimously: Change Order No. 1 with Kimery Painting (Project CA-25-02) for $6,675.00 and Pay Application No. 1 to SRK (Project CA-23-01) for $58,254.00.
The minutes record that there were no vendor invoices presented and no items under new business. Committee member Constance Wallace moved to adjourn; Committee member Greg Wolfe seconded and the meeting adjourned at 5:03 p.m. The agenda had been posted May 19, 2025, at Carney Town Hall and the Carney Community Center.
