Bristow council approves claims, payroll and multiple board appointments

The Bristow City Council voted Dec. 16 to approve its minutes from Dec. 2 and to adopt a consent agenda that included maintenance claims of $45,950.84, unpaid claims of $80.00, actual payroll claims of $107,307.59 and estimated payroll claims of $110,640.15.
Council also confirmed several appointments. Judd Johns was appointed to the Bristow Industrial Authority (term through December 2030). The council appointed Melinda Greer to the Bristow Housing Authority Board (term through January 2028) and re-appointed Frank Groom to another Housing Authority term. The council re-appointed Don Baker and Letha Caudle to the Planning & Zoning Board, terms expiring January 2028.
