On March 16 the council approved a tax abatement for N5 Acres, LLC related to 2025 taxes. Ashley Lozano moved to approve the abatement and Stacey Boes seconded; the recorded vote was four ayes and one abstention by Kristi Drey.
The Board of Equalization later considered the same property (634 Railway St) and set the land value at $25,000 and reduced the building value to $35,000 for a total valuation of $60,000. The BOE motion to approve that valuation carried with four ayes and one abstention by Kristi Drey.
