Council approves easement with 104 East High Street for catch basin and pipe maintenance

Solicitor Wachter reported an easement agreement with the owner of 104 East High Street: the borough will supply and install a catch basin at the property, the owner will supply and install a 60-foot pipe to a PennDOT-provided basin and will dig and maintain a ditch from that PennDOT basin to Bentley Run. Under the agreement the borough will maintain the pipe and two catch basins. Councilor Osborn moved to approve the easement/agreement and Councilor Joyce seconded; the motion carried.
