Members agreed to hold larger appointment business for the next full board meeting when additional members are present.
A board member moved to approve the adjusted consent agenda; the motion was seconded and the board voted aye. The chair noted the appointments were sourced from a recent newspaper advertisement but that additional reposting was necessary for other open seats. The board recorded the approval for public transparency.
