Later in the meeting the board reviewed bids for cemetery mowing and accepted a bid from Austin Meeks for $11,515 to cover spring and fall cleanups for seven town cemeteries and related tasks as specified in the RFP. The motion to accept the bid passed by voice vote.
The board closed with a motion to adjourn. These actions complete recurring administrative tasks; the board deferred some agenda items briefly to gather full pricing and postings.
