Select Board lowers green-bag price and signals move to token system at transfer station

The Chair moved to reduce the price and the board approved the change by voice vote.
Members also discussed communication strategies for the price change and token rollout, including flyers at local stores and a push-out by the town administrator. The board instructed staff to post notices and to monitor how quickly remaining bags are used as the town modernizes its system.
