The Chair confirmed that all four applications were submitted correctly and that required payments had been made. "So I will make a motion to approve the 1st class outside consumption and 3rd class restaurant bar license for each for Abe's Foods and Goods LLC," the Chair said. The motion was seconded and approved by voice vote. The Board then approved the second‑class retail license application from Blue Dot Beverages LLC in a separate motion.
No public objections were raised during the discussion. The Clerk will file the approved licenses with appropriate state authorities as required.
