Denise Matthews said the procurement and contract phases are separate from execution and that contracts define stages and phases; detailed process and technical requirements are resolved during execution and through terms and conditions. "What we've identified through business process is that we have 34 disparate systems that are doing the work that you would see an ERP system do," Matthews said, and she urged stakeholder participation so those disparities are addressed in the transformation.
ADS confirmed Guidehouse is the implementation vendor and that licenses for the product have been procured. The committee discussed whether legislative or judicial requirements could require amendments or additional work and the need for active participation from assigned branch representatives.
