The Chair told members she will draft a report and a letter outlining recommendations and handoff material for committees of jurisdiction and will circulate the draft to committee members for approval by email. “I will be drafting, a report and a letter. If there are any recommendations in that, it'll be all sent out to the committee for approval before, we send it,” the Chair said.
Members discussed prior informal handoffs and agreed that circulating a chair’s letter by email was a practical way to gather input without scheduling an additional meeting. The Chair said she did not anticipate meeting again before the 6th and that the draft could be prioritized and circulated for comment.
