Board members described confusion after Front Porch Forum posts attributed to local school principals listed April 7 as the budget vote date. S3 said she contacted the Lester School principal and the principal denied making the posts: "She said, what are you talking about? ... I don't even know how to get on Front Porch Forum," S3 reported.
Members noted that once a date reaches voters it is effectively in the public domain and agreed to clarify scheduling. They also discussed problems with missing ballots for Salisbury residents on the Hanford Career Center budget vote and suggested the outcome could be challenged if ballots were not delivered to voters.
