LCPC Says Regional Plan Ready for Final Review; Second Public Hearing Set for May

Brian Leven told the commission that the Regional Plan Committee had reviewed Appendix D and the Land Use Review Board's suggestions and believes the Regional Plan is ready for final review. The minutes state the 2nd public hearing on the plan will be held at the commission's May meeting.
The committee noted that following board approval the plan will be forwarded to the Land Use Review Board (LURB) for its review. The board emphasized that a quorum will be important at the May meeting to complete the second hearing and any final vote required to forward the plan.
