LCPC Authorizes Staff to Notify PUC on Bell Atlantic Antenna Projects in Hyde Park and Stowe

Jeff Tilton moved that staff be directed to write a letter to the Public Utility Commission indicating the Hyde Park project is in conformance with the Regional Plan and reserving the right to revisit if the project changes; Dick Goff seconded and the motion carried. For the Stowe resubmittal, Jeff Tilton moved to resubmit the January letter to the PUC noting conformance; Sam Lotto seconded and the motion carried. The minutes record that a PUC waiver had been granted in the prior submission for the Stowe project because of the tax map error.
