Jeff Tilton moved to approve the plan and Brent Raymond seconded; the motion "carried with 10 ayes and no nays." Only Municipal Directors were eligible to vote on the municipal plan, the board noted.
The board also approved the Wolcott Determination of Energy Compliance by the same tally. The approval completes the local review step for Wolcott; the minutes record that once municipal approval is secured the normal next steps are confirmation of the municipal planning process and filing any required notices. The PPR recommendation and the board's vote were the principal developments recorded at the hearing.
