The Lamoille County Planning Commission voted to accept a FY26 mid-year budget amendment on Feb. 24 that increases the current fiscal-year budget by $565,916. Linda Martin presented the amendment and said the bulk of the increase is related to construction; staff changes will also affect salary expense and financial contracting.
Brent Raymond moved to accept the FY26 mid-year amendment; Judy Bickford seconded and the motion carried. The minutes note that the 2nd Quarter Financials item had been placed on the agenda in error. The adoption authorizes staff to proceed under the amended FY26 figures; the minutes do not record a roll-call tally for this motion beyond "Motion carried."
