Chair Caleb Lagoon and staff explained the item functions as a catch-all to allow staff to finish extensive application paperwork before Tuesday's deadline. Board members requested that staff circulate any unexpected board-facing forms in advance; staff agreed to do so. The motion passed by voice vote.
The board recognized the administrative burden on staff and discussed a policy to ensure the board receives notice of any unforeseen documents before final submission when feasible.
