Kirby committee plans to compile public survey results into town plan exhibit

"Hopefully, that'll be done by our November," S2 said.
Members discussed how to present the survey material so it preserves what respondents said while allowing the town plan to include charts and exhibits. Committee member (S1) suggested making the survey an exhibit rather than blending results directly into the plan text to avoid losing respondents' original comments. Members agreed creating a single compiled exhibit with graphs for quantitative items and a narrative synthesis for open‑ended responses would be useful.
The chair and staff will scan the responses, request any missing exhibits (members noted Exhibit 9 was not found), and return updated material at the next meeting. The committee also discussed using a fact sheet from the school board for the education exhibit to provide population, tuition and expense data.
