One participant suggested: 'you could put a little aster down here saying based on period time reports.'
Members selected a format for the exhibit they called 'Exhibit 8a' and asked staff to include 2008–2025 data. They also discussed how to store and share exhibits: the group asked that digital copies be forwarded to the planning-board email ("Kirbytownplanning@Gmail.com") and placed on the town web page with links to the Vermont Parcel Viewer for parcel-level context.
