Section 313(a)(3), inviting Town Administrator Shane O’Keefe and Town Administrator candidates; motion passed unanimously and the board entered executive session at 4:32 PM.
2) Authorization to negotiate: Jim Fleming moved, seconded by James Ameden, to authorize the Selectboard Chair to negotiate conditions of potential employment with a candidate for Town Administrator and defer the final hiring decision to a later Board meeting; motion passed unanimously.
3) Adjournment: Jim Fleming moved to adjourn, seconded by James Ameden; the motion passed unanimously and the meeting adjourned at 7:28 PM. The minutes also note the next regular meeting as 1/20/2025; that date appears in the minutes but predates this special meeting and may be a clerical error.
