Selectboard Chair Thomas Cavanagh told the board on Jan. 13, 2025 that he and member Martha Dale had interviewed three of four candidates for the Town Administrator position; one scheduled candidate canceled. The board agreed to hold a special meeting the following week to complete interviews.
Town Administrator Shane O’Keefe reported that Kathleen Ramsay of the Vermont League of Cities and Towns is available to speak with the board about onboarding services the organization offers to municipalities; the board decided to invite Ramsay to the next regular meeting to discuss in person. No appointment or final hiring decision was made at the Jan. 13 special meeting.
