Rowdy Larkins delivered permit and plan-review updates for several local projects. The West KOA application was reported as approved to move forward once required fees are paid. The Heidi Patha project at 355 W Main had plan-review approval but remains delayed by an issue with the fire-suppression line. Other items reported included Top of the Town (Scott Sherman), an approved building site for Travis Nay (address pending), Suites of Lava (63 S 1st E) and a progress report on a project for Mark Oyler.
Council did not take additional council-level action on the individual project updates during the meeting other than noting approvals and outstanding items that require correction or permit conditions to be satisfied before certificates of occupancy are issued.
