Selectboard approves regional resolution, personnel policy updates and considers Tree Warden appointments

Following that, the board reviewed proposed revisions to the Town of Lincoln Personnel Policy (rev 7‑15‑25) and approved changes by motion (passed 5/0/0).
On appointments, Tim McGowan reported interviewing two candidates for Tree Warden and proposed adding a Tree Warden Deputy. Ben Freund, present at the meeting, described his observations driving town roads and suggested a proactive approach to trimming; Tim said he would arrange for Bear (candidate) to present a PowerPoint and discuss a deputy role. The Selectboard recorded the appointments update in its records.
The board also entered and exited executive session at 9:05–9:17 p.m. to discuss pending or probable civil litigation under 1 V.S.A. § 313(a)(1); no status changes were reported after the session. The meeting adjourned at 9:17 p.m.
