Development Review Board Chair James Needham reported to the Selectboard that DRB business this quarter consisted mainly of minor subdivisions, conditional‑use and dimensional waiver permits. The commission approved the Meta‑Earth application for a natural burial site and is seeking one alternate member to ensure full panel capacity.
James described the DRB workload as straightforward and noted that some clerical duties—meeting minutes, warnings and agenda postings—are split with the Vice Chair due to a vacant clerk seat. He said the DRB meets once a month and that the commission will relay any matters requiring Selectboard attention. The Selectboard thanked James for his volunteer service and for agreeing to continue as chair.
