LCPC director announces staff change, upcoming meetings and grant work

The executive director’s report at the Oct. 28 meeting highlighted several administrative items. Board members were urged to review draft regional land use maps posted on LCPC’s website. The report announced that planner Marc Mastrangelo will leave next week to pursue a PhD in sociology and that LCPC will host quarterly Town Administrator/Manager meetings beginning in December.
The director also noted LCPC is working on Municipal Planning Grant (MPG) applications and that financial statements will be available for the November meeting. Staff described recent outreach including a Selectboard/Town Administrators meetup held the previous day and said attendance was lower than prior events but was useful for relationship-building.
