LCPC: EDA grant funds updated Lamoille River flood model after 2023 inundation

Hellwig said SLR was contracted to expand and update a 2019 model after flood impacts in July 2023 and that the grant-funded work emphasizes long-term recovery and resilience planning.
Hellwig reported that the draft plan associated with the EDA grant will be available for review in November and encouraged board members to read it. The update is positioned to inform future capital priorities and resilience measures across the watershed.
